Satisfied Stakeholders:
My
dealings with this agency and group home (Westhampton Residence) revolve around the placement of one "ward"
of Guilford County for whom I act as "guardianship social worker". Our ward has flourished under their care
and guidance. I am always impressed with the professionalism of the staff and knowledge of their clients and their expertise
in their field. I have the occasion to visit many group homes in my work, and this home ranks at the "TOP"
in my opinion. The home is always clean and organized. They have a very busy activity calender - in fact probably
have more activities than any other home I visit. They do a great many activities in the community. They also
work well with families to help our clients maintain relationships with those who are important in their lives. They
do a great job of staying on top of health care needs and appointments are never missed. They attend team meetings and
provide input and follow behavior plans and provide the needed data to update the behavior plans. All in all, I cannot
say enough about how much I appreciate the work of United Living, LLC, which is done by the Patterson Family.

of service you have provided to my son, SJ, over the course of the past 18 months. It has been a real comfort to me
to know that you take the time to really evaluate the professionalism of the staff you bring onboard to work with people like

year ago. You always are available to address any questions or concerns I may have and are very prompt in your response.
